Off The Grid - Waft Garbage Processing Plant

Here is a set of environment concepts that we designed for the Waft area in Off The Grid. This location features a large garbage-processing facility, complete with trash drones, cleaner bots, charging stations, and waste-stacking areas, that handles most of Teardrop Island’s waste disposal.

Our contribution ranged from environment concepts and 3D blockouts to early ideas on storytelling and player interactions, offering production a clear and reliable base to build on.

The Game Designers gave us a rough idea of the thematics of the area and we took on the task of doing a first pass layout that gives us a rough idea of scale and distances but also considers gameplay space and lines of sight.
