Balenciaga - ClairObscur (Fall/Winter 2026)

Concepts for Balenciaga Winter 2026 Collection. Being directed by François Audouy (who brought that iconic cinematic language to Euphoria) really pushed us to think about the lighting as its own character. We built an atmosphere for Pierpaolo Piccioli to explore the space between light, shadow, and human emotion. The brief was ClairObscur. Our task was to translate that cinematic "chiaroscuro" into a physical environment. We spent a lot of time pushing the concept art to find the exact point where the architecture just FALLS AWAY. We wanted to see how much we could strip back before it lost its impact. What we found was that by going ultra-minimalist, the environment stopped being a distraction and started acting as a FRAME for the collection :)
