If you are a STUDIO from AAA too ZZZ, it makes tremendous sense to let a few concept artists create a "VISUAL SLICE" of your game from the concept art they already made -- and it takes a shockingly small amount of time and budget to do this for any still image concept.

If you're an indie developer trying to prove out a layout or artstyle or a big developer trying to give the Art Team a crystal clear picture of the direction, it doesn't get much crystal'r than this.
